Your Questions, Answered

  • All Jack Wild Publishing clients are automatically enrolled in Jack Wild Rewards.

  • Your reward stamps are tracked inside your Jack Wild Studio Client Portal Dashboard, allowing you to monitor your progress at any time.

  • Your stamp is added once your eligible service has been completed.

  • No. Even if a package includes several services, it counts as one completed service package and earns one stamp.

  • Once you've collected all 12 stamps, you'll earn Legacy Author Status, including a permanent 20% discount on all future services, VIP scheduling, and an exclusive annual Legacy Author gift. Unlike the other reward tiers, Legacy Author Status never expires and is yours to keep as a thank-you for your continued partnership with Jack Wild Publishing.
