How It Works

Step 2 – Receive Your Project Details

Within 2–3 business days, we'll review your inquiry and email you with your project details, recommended package, pricing, payment link, estimated turnaround time, and instructions for submitting your manuscript.

Step 3 – Submit Your Manuscript

After your project has been confirmed, you'll submit your manuscript in Microsoft Word (.docx) format, along with any additional materials such as your author bio, dedication, acknowledgments, or other front and back matter you'd like included.

Step 4 – Professional Formatting

Our team will professionally format your poetry collection for Kindle, carefully preserving line breaks, spacing, indentation, and the overall reading experience while creating a polished, publication-ready e-book.

Step 5 – Review Your Proof

Once formatting is complete, we'll send you a proof of your e-book for review. You'll have the opportunity to request one round of formatting revisions to ensure everything looks exactly as you envisioned.

Step 6 – Final File Preparation & Amazon KDP Upload

After you approve the final proof, we'll prepare your publication-ready EPUB file and upload it to your Amazon KDP account, so your e-book is ready for publication while you retain 100% of your rights and royalties.
